How the classroom
actually works.

The classroom is ready now. Pathwright is a professional platform — licensed NAMB Church Development Library Paths, Teacher seats, church rooms, and peer cohorts. The office opens a room. A visitor who signs in without an invite sees an empty library. That is Invite only, not a broken door. The association holds no authority over your church. LCBA never places or screens candidates; the calling belongs to the church.

The setup,
labeled.

Four tags. One direction. Nothing on this page enrolls you.

  1. OfficeAssigns the PathAdmin seat. Invite list. Teacher named.
  2. TeacherLeads the roomOne Path. One invite list. Not the whole catalog.
  3. LearnerWalks the PathSees only the assignment. Watch, read, answer, meet.
  4. ChurchDecides and shepherdsNames who comes. Keeps the care. LCBA hosts the room.

Tag Invite only sits on every room. No public self-enroll. No school-root link from this site.

Who we need
in order to delegate.

The platform can already do the work. Scale depends on people. The office is in place. Teachers, hosts, and church leads are the seats we are asking for.

  1. OfficeAssociation officeIn placeHolds the Pathwright Admin seat. Licenses the Church Development Library, assigns a Path, names the Teacher, and sends the invite list. Nothing starts without this seat.
  2. TeacherTeacher of a roomNeeded to scaleA retired pastor, staff member, or other teacher the office assigns. They invite their room, walk the Path, and review the work. They do not open the whole catalog. Write the office if you can carry this seat.
  3. HostCohort hostNeeded to open pastor roomsA pastor or leader who will gather peers on one Path. The room type is ready. We open it when a host and a list are in place. This page is not an enrollment door.
  4. ChurchChurch discipleship leadNeeded to package PathsA person the church names to package a Path for its own members. The church still decides what it teaches. The office shows the first churches how.
  5. WalkerSomeone who walks with the learnerRequired in the churchA pastor, staff member, or coach who stays with the person on the Path. A Pathwright room is not a substitute for the church’s own care.

What a Path
looks like.

A picture of Pathwright’s classroom shape, drawn in our house style — not a screenshot of an LCBA-assigned class, and not a live room you can join from here.

Learner

A path with a start and a finish

  1. Called inThe office invites you
  2. Watch & readA step you can finish
  3. AnswerA question that lands
  4. MeetThe cohort in the room
The learner sees only the Path the office assigned. Watch, read, answer, meet — then the next step unlocks.

Teacher

One cohort, one room

  • InviteThe office names the list
  • ReviewA step comes back with a word
  • MeetPastors or a church team, together
A teacher leads the living class. Source Path stays the master. The cohort keeps its own schedule and invite list.

Names you will
recognize.

These authors and teachers sit on material we can document — the licensed library, New Churches, or Replant Hub. They are not LCBA staff, and they do not enroll you from this page.

  • Tony Merida

    Nine Essentials

Send Network’s planter profile — on the New Churches course and inside the licensed Nine Essentials Path the association already holds.

  • Mark Clifton

    Reclaiming Glory

NAMB’s Replant Hub companion to the book — Door III, not an LCBA Pathwright class we host yet.

  • David Jackson

    Better Together

The Peer Learning Community manual the association can run with pastors — a room beside Pathwright, not a login on this page.

  • Andy Addis

    Rural pastor cohort

Rhythms and the Rural Pastor Cohort kit on Replant Hub — for pastors who carry a smaller-place load.

What this kind of work
is for.

These are public words about planter training, dying churches, and who plants a church — not Pathwright advertisements, and not reviews of an LCBA class you already have.

  • I believe that the better equipped a church planter is, the more missionally effective church he’ll plant.

  • What about a dying church brings glory to God? Nothing.

  • NAMB does not plant churches. Churches plant churches.

What we will not pretend
to host yet.

Dedicated LCBA courses for deacons, new-member classes, Sunday School teachers, and pastor search teams are not on our Learning Space shelf. Those needs are real. For now we point first to the Florida Baptist Convention, NAMB, and Lifeway, and the office walks with the church. LCBA never places or screens candidates; the calling belongs to the church.

Four steps. Then write us.

  1. The church decidesWhat need, which people, which Path. LCBA does not call, place, or screen anyone.
  2. Write the officeName the church, the need, and who will walk with the learners. If you can teach or host, say so.
  3. The office opens the roomAssigns the Path, names the Teacher, and sends invites. A login without an assignment stays empty on purpose.
  4. The room does the workWatch, read, answer, meet. The church still shepherds. When the Path ends, the office can open the next one.

Seats on one page.

  • Office Opens the room. Already in place.
  • Teacher Leads one Path. Needed to scale.
  • Host Gathers a pastor or leader cohort.
  • Church Packages a Path for its own people.
  • Walker Stays with the learner in the church.
  • Invite only No empty-login door. No self-enroll.
