Questions we
hear first.
Short answers. The office still opens the room. The association holds no authority over your church. LCBA never places or screens candidates; the calling belongs to the church.
- Is the classroom available now?
- Yes. The office can assign a licensed Path, name a Teacher, and open a church room or a peer room today. This site will not send you to a login that opens onto an empty library.
- Why would I see an empty library if I sign in?
- The school is Invite only. A Path is assigned to a person or a team. Until the office does that, a signed-in library stays empty on purpose.
- Can I start a class from this website tonight?
- You can start New Churches tonight — that is NAMB Send Network’s free media shelf, not an LCBA Pathwright class. For an LCBA Path, write the office.
- Who pays?
- No member church pays for access to the LCBA Learning Space. The association carries the licensed Church Development Library. HarvestEdge Tools built this site’s training desk; Pathwright is the classroom.
- Does LCBA call, place, or screen pastors?
- No. LCBA never places or screens candidates. The calling belongs to the church, from first prayer to final vote.
- I sense a call to ministry. What happens next?
- Talk with your church first. When the church is ready, the office can put you on a Path. LCBA does not call anyone.
- Can I teach a room?
- Yes, if the office assigns the Teacher seat. You invite your room and walk one Path. You do not open the whole catalog. Write the office.
- Can pastors sit together?
- The room type is ready: one Path, one host, one invite list. We open it when a host and a list are in place. This page is not an enrollment door.
- Can our church package a Path for our own members?
- Yes. A discipleship leader the church names can package a Path for its people. The church still decides what it teaches. The office shows the first churches how.
- What do you not host yet?
- Dedicated LCBA courses for deacons, new-member classes, Sunday School teachers, and pastor search teams are not on our Learning Space shelf. Those needs stay with the Florida Baptist Convention, NAMB, and Lifeway first.
- What is the difference between the catalog, New Churches, and Replant Hub?
- The catalog is licensed Paths the office assigns. New Churches is free homework anyone may start. Replant Hub is NAMB’s renewal desk — Peer Learning Communities, a rural pastor cohort, and Reclaiming Glory. Progress does not move between them.
- How does a church actually start?
- Decide the need. Name who will walk with the learners. Write the office. Print the two-page getting-started guide if you want it on paper.
