We listened.
Then we named what is in reach.
The classroom is ready now. The association can assign licensed training — the same kind of Path our cooperative partners already trust — and open a professional room for a teacher, a path for someone sensing a call, a peer room for pastors, or a Path a church packages for its own people. The office opens that room. If you can carry one, we will need you. The four doors below are real today. The association holds no authority over your church. It exists to serve it. LCBA never places or screens candidates; the calling belongs to the church.
Four doors,
none of them empty.
Each door is a real next step. We will not point you at a login that opens onto a blank library, or promise an LCBA course we do not yet host.

- A course you can begin tonightNew Churches is NAMB Send Network’s free media shelf — planting, preaching, and theology homework anyone may start after a free membership. It is not an LCBA class, and progress does not move into our Learning Space.Visit New Churches
- Renewal for pastors and churchesReplant Hub is NAMB’s process desk for revitalization: Peer Learning Communities, a rural pastor cohort, and Reclaiming Glory. The association walks with a church that wants that path. LCBA does not enroll your church for you.Visit Replant Hub
- The LCBA Learning SpacePathwright is our classroom — licensed NAMB Church Development Library Paths the office can assign today. Ask the office. We will not send you to an empty login. Teachers, the called, pastor rooms, and Paths a church can hand its people are ready when the office opens that room.See the classroom

The classroom story, the Path list, and the short answers each have their own page now — so a pastor can pick one without scrolling past the others. Dedicated deacon, new-member, Sunday School teacher, and pastor-search Paths are not on our Learning Space shelf; How the classroom works names that limit.
- How the classroom worksWho opens a room, which seats we need (Teacher, Host, Church, Walker), what a Path looks like, names on the material, and a two-page guide you can print.Open the classroom
- The catalogEvery licensed Path the office can assign today, by NAMB shelf, with the syllabus. Invite only — not a store you click tonight.Browse the Paths

Not sure which door?
Just ask.
We listened to our churches — their members, pastors, elders, deacons, leaders, and teachers; the men, women, boys, and girls who gather with them. We took notes. We asked questions at national gatherings of associational leaders, sat in seminars, summits, and online cohorts, read books, listened to podcasts, and ran the research. Most of the work, though, was time with God and His Word, with a great deal of prayer.
Your Associational Mission Strategist headed that research. The association board kept him in check. Church messengers, at the 2023 annual meeting, voted on a vision path that has brought us to this desk. If a door is still missing, say so. We will revisit what we cannot host yet.
