So here it is: what belonging to the Lake County Baptist Association already puts within your church’s reach, and how to take the next step. The association holds no authority over your church. It exists to serve it.

Through the North American Mission Board, the Florida Baptist Convention, SendFlorida, and the International Mission Board, the association brings training within reach of every member church — for pastors, teachers, deacons, ministry teams, and those sensing or answering a call. No church pays for access; the association carries it.

When a church begins looking for a pastor or staff, the association comes alongside with tools and resources — including a no-cost partnership withjustchurchjobs.com— to help that church run its own search well. LCBA never places or screens candidates, and never ranks or recommends. The calling belongs to the church, from first prayer to final vote.

Shared Strength
What many can afford,
one often can’t.
Some of the association’s most practical help is financial. By pooling the strength of fifty congregations, LCBA opens doors a single church — especially a smaller one — often couldn’t open alone. Group arrangements put tools and services within reach that would otherwise be out of reach.
